It was $300 for the yearly package. They're not pushy. If you need something that has to be repaired, they're very good about working with you for cost effectiveness. They're very conscientious.

Fantastic!  Lorelei called and arrived when she said she would, and when the unit didn't exhibit the problem we had described, came back on what I assume was her lunch hour to check it again!  She diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was extremely professional, pleasant, and efficient.  Just in time for the cold weather predicted for the seekend! :-)

It went great. It took 2 full days but he stayed as long as it took to finish and he showed us the operations and cleaned up before he left and he worked very hard.

I was concerned that there was something wrong with my air conditioner, because it was blowing warm air, so I called Controlled Environment Incorporated. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely professional and set up an appointment to have someone come out and take a look at the unit. The gentleman who came out was easily able to diagnose the issue and said that a good cleaning of the unit would solve the problem. He was absolutely excellent and within forty five minutes my air conditioner was blowing cool air again. There is nothing I would have changed about this experience.
