+ -1 moreIt was $300 for the yearly package. They're not pushy. If you need something that has to be repaired, they're very good about working with you for cost effectiveness. They're very conscientious.

+ -1 moreFantastic! Lorelei called and arrived when she said she would, and when the unit didn't exhibit the problem we had described, came back on what I assume was her lunch hour to check it again! She diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was extremely professional, pleasant, and efficient. Just in time for the cold weather predicted for the seekend! :-)

+ -1 moreIt went great. It took 2 full days but he stayed as long as it took to finish and he showed us the operations and cleaned up before he left and he worked very hard.
Description of Work: The individual that installed our in-floor heating system was outstanding. He was punctual and professional and did an excellent job. He stayed as long as it took to finish the job correctly. Also, he was very nice and we are really pleased with the system he installed. We had a purchased a similar system from this company in 2001 but had to replace recently due to an accident that was our fault. I cannot say enough positive things about this person and the company he represents. I would recommend Controlled Environment and believe that more businesses should treat customers as well they do.

+ -1 moreI was concerned that there was something wrong with my air conditioner, because it was blowing warm air, so I called Controlled Environment Incorporated. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely professional and set up an appointment to have someone come out and take a look at the unit. The gentleman who came out was easily able to diagnose the issue and said that a good cleaning of the unit would solve the problem. He was absolutely excellent and within forty five minutes my air conditioner was blowing cool air again. There is nothing I would have changed about this experience.
Description of Work: I called Controlled Environment Incorporated to have them come out and clean my air conditioner and filter.
