They could not find what was wrong with the HVAC (later another company found and fixed the issue). They fixed the leaky sink which was good, but they said that the leak check valve was broken and needed to be replaced (later another company said there was nothing wrong with it at all).

They were professional and friendly both over the phone and in person. The man who did the plumbing work did a very nice job. The HVAC quote seemed reasonable.

The service representative, Brandon was very nice. Two parts had to be replaced and he took care of it. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. The toilet is fixed and working great. I would recommend this company to friends.

I would highly recommend him for H/V, A/C and he worked on my house. I been here 30 years and he fixed something that nobody else could fix. He came himself before the recession he had about 200 employees and now he is small but he fixed something that 3 or 4 other companies hadn't been able to do. He actually had an old unit and he actually had a part that would sit and was faulty and he gave it to me instead of charging me for it and just charged me the labor.

They were great and they even let me know that in removing the tub, some of the water might leak because there wasn t a shut off valve for that side of the home. They were good in doing the job and when some of the water did get out and down into the ceiling, even though they had warned me ahead and I said go a head. They still took it upon themselves to have someone come out and replace the sheet rock. What could I ask more of them than the great job they did.
