This is a small, family-owned business. They have been so great to deal with. They've been responsive, helpful, and reasonable; everything that you could want in a pest control company.

Their rates are lower than Terminix; they make good appointments and show up on time. They are respectful of your home and pets. I will use them again in the future.

I thought I had a termite contract where it was a replacement and I found out it was only for if they found termites, not for repair beyond. Their customer service was not the greatest, but it was okay.

Bobos does a great job of spraying around my house so we do not have to worry about any nasty bugs getting in the house. I like that it is always the same person that comes out and its someone I can trust will do a good job.
