I got two quotes for the carpet repair that I needed done. The first was $250 and they promised to do a patch from the closet if they could not stretch the carpet enough to make the repair, while only charging me $250. The second quote I got was from Birmingham Restoration Specialists, LLC. They quoted me $225 to repair the carpet. I was not home for the repair, my boyfriend was, but he just sent me a picture and it looks HORRIBLE. They did not even repair the carpet. They just stapled the carpet back down and added a trim. They are still missing patches. I should have gone with the other company who actually would have fixed it. I am livid. I would never recommend this company.
