Birmingham Bungalow Company

It was supposed to be a 6 week project and I'm still waiting for it to be complete, it's turned into almost a year. I could not be more disappointed in him.  He's been the most argumentative, if anything goes wrong - which in my case it did - he stops communicating.  He stops answering phone calls and won't reply to emails.  It's the worst experience I've had with anyone.    I dislike the job he did and I"m really upset with him as an individual.  I would tell others not to use him.  I paid him a lot of money.  Had he stepped up and handled things in the right way - the result isn't as disappointing to me as the experience.  It's been an emotional rollercoaster with him.  We had 3 bids and 2 were very equivalent.  He did work for a neighbor and he did a fine job.  I thought the cabinet maker did a great job, he had some things wrong and he fixed them. He was a subcontractor.  I think the subcontractors would fix the issues if he weren't in the way. I would go out of my way to discourage people from using him.  He had all the money and stopped caring.  It's a shame because we could have worked it out.  He turned it into such an emotional rollercoaster for me and my wife, I have no use for him.
