Alarm Engineering has been great to work with. They offer great technology and I am happy to announce they also offer audio and multimedia services which will allow me to continuously build upon my home's alarm system. I had no issues communicating my needs to them and they were very efficient about the work they have done to date.

Alarm Engineers have monitored our system for fifteen years now, and we've never had any false alarms. We can do monthly tests by calling in and setting the alarm off, so they know if they have a signal. They charge by the month.

They do a great job of monitoring our system. They are always very quick to respond to our home alarm system, including the fire department and ambulance. Fortunately or unfortunately, it has always been my husband or I that have accidentally set it off.
