We had used this contractor previously and felt very comfortable allowing access in our absence from the home. We came home to a completed job which was done as we expected and clean up was taken care of as well. The only issue was with the wiring of the fan/light but that was due to the new fan with remote control and nothing the contractor did. We were very happy with the work and the price and would use Frankie and his crew again. His crew is the exception to the late arrivals and undependable start/completion times that I have experience with contractors in the past.

I highly recommend them; these are really good guys. He had a number of subcontractors that worked for him. I will use them again in the future.
