EXPERT TIRE

The employees at Expert Tire (S Brundidge St, Troy, AL) were wonderful to deal with! I had stopped going there previously (about 5 years ago) due to a few bad experiences, and actually went back only out of necessity. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised! The building, service, and people there had all vastly improved since my last experience with them.
The employees are professional, but they are also genuinely empathetic to your situation. Whether it be financial hardships, or a tendency to forget about tire maintenance, the people there take you as a person into consideration. When I went in the first, necessary time with a badly flattened tire, they were quick to assist. They gave me a fair price on the new tire, due to the emergency situation I was in, and a shortage of funds. Also, they educated me about the cause of the flat, and the condition of my remaining 3 tires. There was absolutely no judgment or lecture from the wonderful mechanic.
Their tires are of excellent quality, and they provide a range of options for any and all car models. The pricing is easy to adjust for someone with a limited budget, without losing the assurance of quality. Added to that, they very confidently back up their service with continued support by offering to service that tire, free of charge, for a limited period.
After this most recent experience with Expert Tire in Troy, I have since gone back to them to have the remaining 3 tires replaced on my vehicle. I will also be going to them for my next oil change, and any other services they can offer me. WONDERFUL, QUALITY SERVICE.

It was great. Got there and in a matter of minutes they had my vehicle in the shop. Took less then two hours to do all the work. Creg was the best mechanic to work on my vehicle.
