The guy was real nice and he did the job that he was hired to do but there was a pipe that came up from my septic tank underneath the tree and he broke it. Neither he nor I knew that it was there but he kind of tried to play it off like it was already broken. I don't think it was but I wasn't going to hold it against him that it happened because I should have been able to warn him that it was there but I didn't even know it existed. He tried to play it off that it wasn't a big deal because it was already broken. I didn't blame him but it was kind of a strange attitude to have. I would recommend him. He was a good, honest guy. He quoted me an original price and I countered. He took my counter price so I think it was a fair price. He came right out and then he had to go pick up his kid and he came right back. When I originally called he answered the phone right away and I don't think his wife or girlfriend realized he answered the phone and wow there was foul language and I don't think it was something I would want my customers to hear. I would absolutely use him again.
