TILLEY'S PAINT & REPAIR

I called and made an appointment for 5 pm.  He called and said he was delayed until 6 pm.  I said OK.  I skipped supper to be there at 6pm and he didn't show.  I called sometime after 6 and he was not on his way yet and didn't know how to get to the address.  "It's not on the map."  He was sorry he was late and when I told him he needed to apologize to my wife for me missing supper, he hung up.  End of story.

I found David on Angie's List and had him do an estimate for me. Which he was able to do the day after I contacted him. I had 3 other estimates done as well, David's wasn't the cheapest but I felt like he would be the best pick for my needs. I needed the the job done very soon after the estimate for several reasons so David made some adjustments in his schedule to accommodate my needs and was able to start the job 2 days after the estimate. Which I thought was amazing and was very thankful for. Now here is the really amazing part of the whole thing. Wednesday was the estimate, Thursday morning David had 2 wisdom teeth pulled and Friday morning at 7am he and George his helper was at my house ready to get to work. With ice packs on both jaws David insisted he was ok to do the job. These guys worked from 7am Friday morning until 9am Saturday morning and completed the job!!! All night!!! This house was empty because I had just bought it on Monday of that week and I felt comfortable enough with him to pay him (in full) before I left the house on Friday night and leave them alone to finish the job unattended. When I arrived Saturday morning they were just finishing up and cleaning up behind themselves. After inspecting their work I honestly couldn't find any errors anywhere! They did an awesome job! They both exceeded my expectations in every way. The mannerisms of both men, and the quality of work etc. One other thing I thought was extremely generous of them and that I was immensely grateful for was that they even helped me carry into the house from the garage 3 heavy pieces my study desk and my refrigerator! So obviously, I am extremely happy with the whole experience, very appreciative, and would highly recommend these guys. Thank you so very much gentlemen.

David was prompt for his estimate appointment. He was always easy to get in contact with. I changed my date (2 weeks earlier) and David was happy to work me in. He had a crew of three, including himself. They were prompt, courteous and worked neatly. The job ended up being bigger than originally thought but David kept with his original estimate and did not cut back on any of the quality of the job. I feel David and his crew did an excellent job and would not hesitate to recommend or hire him again.
