He buys material and has it on site but then will haul it off to use on another job. He gives you receipts to see what he bought but they are not itemized so you don't know what he was purchasing. Midway through the job he wanted to jack the price up. He gave me pending completion date but it was way off. By the time we reached his original completion date, he wasn't even halfway through the job. When he walked off the job, none of the work was completed and has made it very difficult to get around my home.
