We are a local owned and operated business averaging between 0-2 employees. We can handle any size job, large or small. On larger jobs we do have other crews that we pull in to help complete projects in a timely manner. We have a friendly billing process of 1/3 up front,1/3 at 50% and 1/3 upon final completion of the job.

My biggest complaint is in regard to professionalism. The work performed was ok. First, there are places that should have had a small piece of cut tile placed in them but instead they just put grout so it looks like there are spaces that were missed. Second, my oven handle was broken when it was moved out to place the tile, but the contractor denied that they had anything to do with it. Third, the job took three times longer than I was originally told and poor communication throughout the entire job. Sadly, I would not recommend this contractor to anyone else.
