Fair. The owner did not have a firm agreement with the tractor driver so that price went up while the guy was waiting for the one dump truck to go empty and get back. The owner underestimated nr of truck loads to haul away, so the tractor man sat idle for long stretches. The workers pulled the wood forms up the same afternoon the concrete was poured so there are some large chips in the driveway edge. The major problem is the driveway is coming apart in one section and the owner won't do anything about it. A week after it was poured, a 4" by 6"(wide) hole appeared in the middle of one section. The concrete was soft at the bottom of the 2 inch deep hole. I called the owner and he said it could be fixed but I would have to pay for it. He wants more money to fix this faulty work and that is completely unreasonable. The section where the hole appeared is now surrounded by four additional smaller holes and they are crumbling indicating a faulty product. I sent pictures of the worsening driveway section but all the man offers is excuses. He has not even shown me the courtesy of coming to look at it. To me it is obvious there is a problem in an area of about 25 square feet. The concrete in that area is a weird color of black and brown and is cracking over the surface. All the rest of the driveway is very white in color and has no problems. This section will have to be cut out and replaced because the damaged area continues to spread and will only get worse. I will say the driveway looked good when it was poured and smoothed by the workers who worked hard in the heat. But it is coming apart in one section and has to be repaired. The company owner has photos which I sent him via text but he still won't even come look at it.

I do not usually write reviews but have decided that in this case I have to share my experience. Brandon (the owner), Charles, and the crew are amazing. Brandon responded quickly to my work request, providing an estimate, photos of previous work they have performed, and there was constant communication via text messages and phone calls throughout the entire project. Charles is a wonderful, amazing, man to work with. He came out to the house and provided the onsite estimate of work required and he was onsite for the entirety of the job. The crew did incredible, fast work, they were professional, answered every question I had and left the jobsite looking better than they found it. One example of their experience was my wife had wanted something done with the layout and when they realized that due to the slope of my property it would add a tremendous cost to the job, so they took the time to explain to both of us what the issue was and gave us several other options (work arounds) that would give us what we wanted but not increase the cost of the job for us, that was when I knew they were the real deal. The actual work was to remove a 25-year-old dilapidated, crumbling, eyesore single 10 x 48 driveway and replace it with a 22 x 46 double+ driveway/future carport and a 9-foot sidewalk to the porch. The work was performed incredibly quickly, they successfully overcame several obstacles and managed to complete the entire project in two working days. The results of their handiwork are incredible, amazing, and deserve a higher rating than 5 stars. I cannot begin to Thank all of them for the transformation that has occurred at the front of the house. If you are considering having any concrete work done, I cannot emphasize strongly enough that you must reach out to them for an estimate, and I know that if you choose to do business with Quality Concrete Construction LLC you will not be disappointed. Anthony, Charles and their crew did an EXCELLENT job on replacing my driveway. It had to be torn out, dirt brought in due to sinking and a new slab poured. When Anthony came out to do measurements I liked him right away. His price quote was pretty much in line with the two other bids I received. I decided to chose Quality Concrete Construction because I felt like they would do the best job. They were all very professional but easy to talk with about my needs. I would definitely recommend Quality Concrete Construction.

They did a great job!

Charles and Brandon were both communitive and responsive. They were able to start the job quickly, which was important to us. Their price was fair. They did fail to put in expansion joints and had to return to saw cut the slab, which increased our cost. Overall we are happy with the finished product, their follow thru and commitment to our job.

Quality Concrete Construction, by far, have been the most professional, efficient and trustworthy group of people I have had work on my house. The decorative aspects of how they manipulate concrete made my fountain driveway look like something out of a magazine. I’m now searching for more work for them, ha! This company is amazing! My concrete driveway was damaged and leaning on one side and needed to be broke up & replaced.
