Cain's Tree & Landscape

Great. On time and fantastic.

There was no damage at all to the house and minimal disruption of the lawn, despite the heavy equipment involved. I was very pleased with their speed, care, and professionalism, and considering this year's hurricane season, I am very grateful that these massive limbs are no longer threatening my house.

I called Cain's Tree and Landscape to give me an estimate on trimming my live oak in my front yard. The owner came the next day and gave me an estimate. I called the company the next day and accepted their estimate. I did not hear from them so after a week, I called them and was told they would be there in two days. The crew did come two days later, ready to do the work. The head crewman called the owner and was told that he did not yet have the permit so the crew left telling me they would be back the following week to do the work. They never came back and I decided that if they were that undependable, I did not want to use them. Now a hurricane is on the way and I still have large limbs over my house. That is my bad because I should have called someone else to do the work. I plan to do so as soon as this storm passes.

Job completed as described. Area cleaned up after job completion.

Placed Cable in one Live Oak to improve main branch stability, placed mortar in one Live Oak which had two large hollows holding water, trimmed four Live Oaks to take some major banches off from over house and reduce overall volume of follage to reduce potential for high wind damage. Crew placed plywood over lawn to prevent rutting from heavy trucks, very thorough cleanup when job was completed. Mr. Cain provided great advice on what was needed and his crew did an excellent job based on his direction.

Mr. Cain promptly came to my house to give me a quote. He said his company has a crew minimum because they do mostly larger jobs. He referred me to a landscaping company that could do the small job for less. I was able to find a good deal on Angie's List to use for now. Mr. Cain is knowledgeable and fair man. Whatever he does will be done right!

The first time when i called, I gave the person answered my call the detail of my property, the phone number of my property manager and my phone number. She said Mr. Cain was out working and he will call me in a few day. I waited for their phone call for a month. Called again on Dec 2nd 2015 again, she promised Mr. Cain will definitely call me the next day. I have not heard from them since then. I called other tree service company and had the dead tree cut by Dec 9th, 2015. My husband and I are investors living in California, together we have 10 properties in Mobile, AL. I guess 10 houses are not big enough business for them to even return a phone call.

They arrived on time with all the necessary equipment, the tree is gone and all that remains is mulch, they tried not to destroy the yard with fairly good results, they were cheerful and efficient, what more could one ask for? I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Cain came to my home to look at the trees and to give me an estimate; he was exceptionally kind and informative, even advised me concerning one of the trees, why it was presently important to leave a specific root in place so as to keep the top soil from running off.  
I received a call that the workers would arrive at 9 a.m. and they were on time; also kind and friendly.   Trees were removed and the work area cleaned and everything went very well.  Although I was not at home at the time, my nephew was, I wanted to pay the same day; well, Mr. Cain's office assistant, very friendly and nice woman (I regret not remembering her name, hope she'll forgive me) came by my job so that I could pay my bill without me driving to their office; I thought this was exceptional customer service.
I plan on using Mr. Cain's services in the near future with another home project.  I will recommend this company to EVERYONE!  GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT WORK!!!

They arrived early and had the job complete within a couple of hours.  Very professional and accommodating due to the fact they had to use an alternate plan for removing tree because neighbor refused to let us use her driveway for their equipment.  I was very happy with the service and performance.  Will use again soon for trimming and downing a few trees on my property.  Highly recommend.
