This company came out to my home to repair my refrigerator. After the work was done, I was told the issue my compressor is not working. I paid the $95 service call and said thank you sir for coming out. I than called my warranty department so they came out and said well, your warranty is voided because its missing parts so I'm like huh! Well, that's because B&H Appliance took the part with them and my $95. Now they did come back and put it on and then they politely walked back out the door without even a sorry for our mistake or nothing. Now with all due respect I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone because of their inability to be transparent and lack of integrity

They came on time. Spent less than a minute looking at it and said it would be too expensive to repair, buy a new one. I did. Later I found you tube videos on how to repair and buy the parts. Not sure I came out ahead.

They are prompt and are experts in their field of work. They had great follow up to. If they don't have the part for that call, then they are quick to getting back to me.
