After making 2 phone calls wanting to know where the cleaners were, as they did not show at the scheduled time, I was told both times that they were on their way. The 3rd call came from a representative stating that he thought I had called earlier to reschedule. This was definitely a communication error on their part and although I did receive an apology, there was no compensation offered for the inconvenience. As I really needed to have the carpet cleaned that week, I called and asked if they could come that Wednesday. I was told yes and scheduled for 8:00 a.m. They were again late. The 2 ladies that cleaned the carpet did an excellent job; however, they charged my husband $89.00 to clean 1 room of carpet (and not the whole room - just exposed areas). I had been quoted $69.00. When I called to express my dissapointment regarding the whole experience I was "apologized to" and told someone would call me back. That call never came. I called the next day to remind them they had left a spray bottle on my front porch and asked that the owner be informed I will no longer use their services. I have yet to get the promised phone call. I have had decent experiences with this company in the past; however, I do believe they could stand to change their communication skills and provide better customer relations.
