Tommy, Jeremiah, & Dylan repaired damage caused by somebody else who renovated my home. They cleaned up after themselves, as well. Great team!

Tommy, Jeremy & Dylan did an excellent job removing the old sub floor in our farmhouse and installing a new one. They communicated with us daily about the job and it’s progress, were respectful, and very easy to work with.

Uriel, Bryce, and Austin did such a great job today. They answered all my questions were very professional and cleaned up everything before leaving. We are so glad to have our problem fixed.

Josh, Cameron, and Lewis did a great job on our foundation under the living room. Whenever I danced with my sweetheart the floor would shake but after the repair the floor is solid. Great work Josh and crew. We highly recommend them.

AFS has encapsulated my crawlspace and put supports next to my house to stop a crack from moving. Most recently, David, Bobby, and Jesus came out for the supports. They were on time, efficient, and kept me updated with pictures and cleaned up after themselves. Hopefully I don’t need anything else done in the crawlspace, but if I do I will be calling AFS! A++

Sometimes, when a big-ticket item needs to be purchased for your home, there’s a fear of hiring the wrong people for the job. That was not the case with AFS. My salesperson, Brian, didn’t talk over my head. He’s a good ol' boy and a real one at that, which means a lot to me. He explained everything in layman's terms, which I appreciated since I don’t know much about houses or repairs. This is my first home, and I’m 40 years old. When my floors started to show moisture, swell, and buckle, I was completely lost. Brian explained the science behind everything clearly. He didn’t talk down to me, try to oversell, scare, or pressure me. With over 15 years of experience as a salesperson myself, I can tell the difference. Brian didn’t sell me; he gave me options, asked questions, provided information, and allowed me to make a decision on my own time. He was courteous, punctual, and professional. Secondly, the installation process was fantastic. My installers—Josh, Lewis, and Cameron—were excellent. They showed me everything and explained each step. They were courteous and spoke to me with respect. I really love this company and will recommend their business to everyone I meet. I feel to the need to let anyone who reads this post know. The customer service that AFS provided was on par with Costco and Chick-fil-A. If you have ever been to these places, you know the feeling like the person your speaking to actually cares about your needs that is this company. With that being said it is my opinion that the top three companies with the best customer service are as followed AFS, Costco and Chick-fil-A they are in A League of Their Own. Very profession, great job explaining the process and doing the job

The team from AFS (Uriel, Bryce, and Austin) was prompt, communicative, and hardworking in getting the project completed in a timely manner. They were also friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate, answering all my questions and checking in with me when they had to move things in the garage to make room for equipment. They even let me know when they were at an exciting part of the job so i could come watch the work! I would be glad to hire AFS again, especially if these guys were the crew that worked on the job.

They did a great job, worked hard, showed up early and we're very respectful. Josh, Lewis, and Shaquadre were all really good guys and had a great attitude.

AFS did an amazing job for us on a crawl space encapsulation and moisture remediation project. They were professional, prompt and courteous. From Thomas (Certified Field Inspector), to Lewis, Shaqvadre, and Joshua (Encapsulation Specialists), to Tyler (Final Inspector). We are extremely pleased with the entire process and are very confident that the quality of work and transferable warranty will ensure that our home sells quickly!

Casey and his team were amazing for my wife and I while we were in the process of selling our home. An inspection revealed we had issues with our foundation that Casey and his team were able to start and finish within two weeks. They walked us through the process as well as our he zero interest same as cash option which helped us out a lot. Highly recommend AFS.

These guys, Logan, Lewis, Jacob and James were great. Very knowledgeable in regards their job and responsibilities and showed great professionalism in communicating with me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dylan and his crew were punctual, very professional and very responsive to any of our questions. They were great in showing us exactly what they were doing and also ensured that their work did not interfere with any underground water irrigation system pipes. They were very friendly. Nathan and Jordan also were very punctual, professional and responsive to any of our questions and concerns. They ensured that we were satisfied with their work and took the time to explain the procedure and to suggest an alternative for one particular area (i.e., grinding down a portion that could not be made to meet with the existing concrete). We would definitely recommend this company in the future. Brian, our foundation inspection person, also was great. He followed up with us to let us know when to expect the teams and did a thorough inspection of our foundation.

One corner was brought up to level with the other adjoining sidewalk. The other corner was barely moved - still maybe not quite as bad as before, but it now can cause someone to stumble and fall and possibly a lawsuit. It has sunk some since work was done.

Amazing group of guys. From Ross to the crew who came out to install the stabilizers. The price was exactly what they quoted and even though Covid created a delay (one of the workers fell ill over night and work was stopped for a week) the work was completed in the pouring rain (Thanks to Ida) with minimal damage to plantings and the yards. They take great care in preserving the most expensive thing people buy (their homes) and the peace of mind is priceless.

Pumps are working great but outflow valves are not placed in good spots- one in too close to the driveway
