Checked my dishwasher out and fixed the problem. Only drawback is that it is cash only and they did not tell me that when I called.

The price for a new icemaker was quoted to be $118.00. I was not present when the work was done and the receipt left only showed a total due (stated labor and repair) of $295.00. I called on Monday to ask for a detailed invoice and was told that he did NOT charge me any labor just parts. I don't deny the work performed qualifies the amount charged; however, when a new ice maker is less than the price charged for repairs it is a little confusing that you would charge more for repairs than a new product would cost.

The personnel was very helpful and professional from the first time I called to look a part for my washer. He located the part within a minute after I gave him the part number for the washer's drive belt. When i arrived at the store, the same person greeted me with kindness and professionalism. When I told him what I was looking for, he even remembered the part number from when I gave it to him over the phone a few hours earlier. He also asked for the symptoms of the washer and provided suggestions on how to replace the belt and also suggested to check on some other parts to make sure it wasn't just the belt that was causing the problem. I will definitely come back to this store again for future appliance part needs.
