We had AC outlets with no power, but no breakers were tripped or faulty. We called for an appointment, and scheduled a visit for a couple of days later. The young lady on the telephone was cordial and helpful. She took down our information and the electrician was on-site and ready to go in just a day or two. The electrician was very careful to not make a mess, and the work area was clean and tidy when he finished. A refreshingly good experience.
