+ -1 moreGerald and Kim are very professional. The quality of the work they have performed has been excellent. They always showed up when they scheduled and the work was completed on schedule. Rand R is not the cheapest contractor out there but if you are having work done on your house and you want it done right they are the ones to call.
Description of Work: Gerald and his team replaced our carpet with hardwood and tile throughout the house. They also repaired several areas of our roofing.

+ 0 moreI find this contractor very reliable and honest. His employees are very professional and report to work on time everyday. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling or new construction.
Description of Work: The scope of remodeling included TV Room or family room, kitchen, and total reconstruction of bathroom. In the family room, work included stabilizing floor supports, installation of porcelain tile, and repainting panel walls. In the kitchen we installed porcelain tile, quartz counter tops, and installed a dishwasher, gas range, and microwave. The bathroom was a total reconstruction from the floor supports up with porcelain tile floors, shower, and two sink vanity.
