I called PSI on the recommendation of a friend. Mr. Payne returned my call quickly and was able to come out the same week. I had started seeing German cockroaches and didn't want them to get out of hand. He was very professional and very thorough. He also sprayed around the outside of the house and spots in the yard (for ants). After two treatments, I have not seen one live bug. He didn't require a contract and offered to check back in with me from time to time to see if I need maintenance treatments. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone.

I am very very happy with him. They are thorough, dependable, and have an excellent problem. He calls me regularly to come. We have used him for years and been very happy.
