Good response to my calls for estimates and for work. Prompt, efficient work?nice guy with which to deal. The only disappointment in my experience is that some promises to repair damage (relatively minor) caused by the trimming were never fulfilled. As an example, a concrete driveway was damaged by the heavy equipment used in trimming, with a promise to return "tomorrow--if it doesn't rain" to do the needed repair. It did rain a little the next day, but workers never returned to fix the driveway, which, several weeks later, is still waiting. Also, a crepe myrtle was damaged by falling limbs, with a subsequent promise to "trim it up" before the final cleanup. Never happened. Not a big deal, since I can do it myself with a little effort, but promises made and not fulfilled should never have been made to begin with?and damage should always be fixed. My mistake to pay before every single detail was complete. On the plus side, workers helped cut up and haul large limbs across the street to a neighbor who needs them for heating. Cleanup was excellent. Overall, given the extensive work that was done, it was a decent experience, and I would consider using them again. Several months later, I'm still finding damage caused by the job this company did for me...most notably a tear in a metal roof caused by a large oak tree limb that fell onto the roof during cutting. This has caused quite a bit of water damage that went undiscovered until recently, when a roofer had to be hired to repair the tear. At the time the limb fell, I was assured that "everything was ok." Unfortunately, I didn't climb up on the roof to inspect it myself. Given this and the other damage I've found in ensuing months--none of which I was informed of when it happened--I definitely would not hire this business again. While I have more tree trimming that needs doing, I'll be looking for someone else to do it.
