Description of Work: Went in for routine maintenance and they trid to sell me tires that I did not need. They said my tires were dangerous. The tires are fine. Then they changed the report inficating the tires were not dangerous.

For auto service I use Toyota dealership. I have always had a good service with Toyota. It is the Glynn Smith Toyota. They took about an hour to do it. I keep going back to Glynn Smith Toyota because I get a coupon in the mail for them and I drive a Toyota.
Description of Work: I went down for my oil change probably about 90 days ago.

+ 0 moreThe last time I was there, they did an oil change that I did not request; I get my oil changed every 10,000 miles because I use synthetic oil, and it was not time for an oil change. The service director told me that the next oil change would be free because of their mistake. Indeed they kept their word; this oil change was at no cost to me. This is the type of service that keeps me using Toyota of Sylacauga to maintain my car.
Description of Work: Oil change and regular inspection on my car.
