I lost my heating and it was cold in the house. I called Mr. Thornton and he was able to fit us in that day. He was very friendly and professional. He made a quick check of the electrical and thermostat before inspecting our unit. It didn't take him long to find and repair the unit which required cleaning the burners. Lucky for us, no parts were required and the only cost was $75. I would use him again and plan to call him out for a service on the unit before A/C season. I had a question about a room addition and he shared a lot of information which I really appreciated. I do recommend him.
