As you might expect, there were some hiccups. One phone didn't work in Ohio and we go that exchanged from Central Alabama. I turned by Blackberry back in for a Pre and that went smoothly. As usual, Sprint can't get their billing straight. I've had to suffer with that for years. Jaime is the first person I've found who really knows how to get Sprint billing to pay attention and fix their mistakes.
