It wasn't really a positive experience. They came out to look at it, but didn't come back for three weeks to actually do the job. By then the limb and fallen to the ground and destroyed more property, and someone else came and cleaned it up. Nationwide came anyway and just trimmed up the tree and charged my landlord the same as if they had taken care of the limb. If they couldn't complete the job in a timely manner they should have turned it down. I didn't find them to be very professional.
