Knockout Pest & Termite

Ok except for price, much higher than last year or year before that now $275 just for inspection that takes 10-15 minutes. Was in the $150 range before. Concerning quality, I have no way to determine whether any termite damage exists but not seen during the inspection.

I pay a lot of money but I don't feel like I'm getting a lot.

They have been nothing but courteous. When he comes to spray, he takes his shoes off and is very professional and friendly. He remembers my name and my son's name; he's very personable. We haven't had any problems with pests since using them and be even helped is identify a couple of bugs we were having when he first came out to give us an estimate. I would highly recommend them.

Fine, did not find any termites. Used a flashlight to check ceiling and floors.

They did a really good job.  They were prompt.  The lady that works in that office and makes appointments was real easy to deal with.  They were real polite.  They took off their shoes when in to the house.  They seemed real concerned about the problem and were knowledgeable.  That was their second treatment that they had done for me.  I had bugs’ problem on the outside of my house.  Now it appears to be gone.  Their price was average for this area though it was more than what I wanted to spend.

In 2010 a raccoon got in my attic & did considerable damage. I started using this company right after that. As far as I know there haven’t been any other critters in the attic since. We have big roach-like bugs that love oak trees out here – They’re one of the prevalent problems we have along with snakes & lizards & mosquitoes. I haven’t had any infestations of anything for many years but there’s evidence that they still getting inside the dwelling periodically, but they don’t live long because of treatment this company does every 3 months. They’re prompt, courteous, & get the job done & leave. They call beforehand to set up the appointment & tell me who’s coming. When I get a knock on the door they introduce themselves before coming in which is nice this day in age.

I highly recommend Knockout. When I bought my house 1.5 years ago, they were the company the seller used for the required termite letter. I'd never heard of them and was a little concerned. In January, I had my annual renewal inspection. So far, so good. But the real proof of a termite company is not whether they are show up once a year for the service and are nice (although that is the basic you expect). It's when you had a problem. Last week we found termites in our garage which was NOT covered by our bond. Knockout showed up promptly (and they were a long way away). They treated the termites and handled the problem very professionally. We are long-term customers.

We use them on an ongoing basis. They are excellent. They arrive on time and they are very polite.
