Roofs for Less/M&M Construction

Work began on or about 4/15/2014. Went fairly well at first and then crew problems slowed progress. Owner and one other helper worked the projects and eventually was completed by one man the helper .
Recalled contractor to repair roof on glass-room extension as there were areas where the existing roof that was exposed to the elements. Being disabled ans unable to climb, the contractor I hired to install gutters brought the problem to my attention. After the first good rain, the roof leaked profusely whereby roofs for less was contacted. They came, after some delay and treat of legal action.
They asserted the roof was repaired but during the next rain, leaked again. I called on a number of occasions and got no reply. Calling their office number I left messages but got no reply. Finally got disgusted  enough to hire a different contractor to repair the roof and was advised that the reason the roof kept leaking was there was NO FLASHING installed where the house roof met the porch roof.
Roofs for less should not be surprised if you contact them because I advised them I would contact you and the BBB since I got no reply from them ever.

Saw this crew putting a roof on my neighbor's home.  They had already put a roof on the house next door to her.  I had been trying to get someone to come put a new roof on my storage building for over two years.  Many have come, given me a price and then never shown back up.  These gentlemen put a beautiful new roof on my building on Friday (4/12/13).  They were prompt, professional, and courteous and did a great job.  Being a single woman, I run into contractors that often want to take advantage of my "ignorance" regarding pricing and quality.  After dealing with this company, I now know who to call in the future for quality work and HONESTY!  Thanks so much M&M!  I'm already saving up for another project!
