Great - Gary was punctual, professional, and effective. He worked on an old piano we just moved to our home, and it was severely out of tune. He did a great job getting it up to working condition and I will definitely be in touch to continue our tuning needs down the road.

I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience. Gary was punctual and professional. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. My piano sounds beautiful! I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely call on him again.

Gary was punctual, got right to work, and diligently brought the piano up to pitch. He was very pleasant both when making the appointment and while in the home working; he answered all my questions satisfactorily. He recommended that I have the piano tuned once more in six months and then yearly after that. I will use him regularly to keep the piano tuned.

Piano had been tuned one year ago and recently moved. Gary was courteous on the phone and provided an estimate and was able to complete the work within a few days of my calling him. His estimate was identical to the actual price charged. He performed the work well and with minimal disruptions -- the piano is in tune. I will continue to use him in the future.

Gary arrived in the time frame he said he would and took a little over 2 hrs to tune the piano. He checked the broken pedal and said he would have to make a dowel and would be back in two days to finish the job and not to pay him anything until he returned. He performed as he said he would. I am avery satisfied customer.

Fantastic. Gary came exactly on time. He fixed a problem that another local repair man had kept charging me huge amounts of money for but never fixed. Tuned it beautifully--his charge for tuning is less than the charge. Extremely reasonable and professional.
