"I hate to hear you where so dissatisfied with us that you felt the need to post it on this website. I have referred several people to your plumbing company so I hope you did well from that. We left you multiple messages over extended periods of time of which there where no return calls. We do not call our customers at all hours of the night. We are a small family operated company so we are not always the most conventional but are but we are respectful of our customers and would never try and call them at inappropriate times. Furthermore I am sorry you felt so strongly as to post negative comments about my small business on a website. I am sorry that we had a communication gap on BOTH sides. I would have been more than happy to work with you to solve the problem. I do not appreciate your comments saying that we do not keep our appointments well. If customers do not return our calls when we call to set an appointment then we have to move on to the next. Our services our in high demand so we service the customers that return our calls to schedule in a timely manner first. I would still like to earn your business back and prove to you what we are about. We are a young company and do go through growing pains from time to time. That is not an excuse but a reality. I strive everyday to provide to my customers one of a kind ,custom treatment. I try as hard as I can to leave every house feeling like I have done all I can to satisfy the needs of my customers.
