"If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! I called for a diagnosis and possibly a repair for my outdoor unit that quit on me last night. The techs came out and ?tried? to diagnose the issue but had absolutely no idea what they were doing. It is very obvious that they are not properly trained or qualified for the role. After about an hour of messing with my unit a tech walks up to me and asks to see my inside unit. I ask him how things are going and he said ? I think I just blew up your compressor? in shock I said well how do you know and he said ?I hooked something up wrong?. I spoke with one of the owners which is just absolutely rude and did not want to hear that they did anything wrong. I stated I called you to fix my unit and yet it is still not running and the techs left the power turned off and still billed me. He was just trying to make it my fault and not take responsibility for anything. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find someone else CAPABLE!!!!"

"Run from this guy. He has a criminal background and is not certified. I did not get the doors I asked for installed and he refused to order the correct doors. Doors he installed do not fit. One door was jammed in so hard the interior molding around the doors pulled apart. He left holes under the french doors. He put a column/large post on front porch and if you lean on it, it will move and fall down. He wanted money upfront for supplies so like an idiot I did that. He has not waterproofed and stained my deck he built, and he has not painted the posts and column. He did a crappy job staining my front door. There is saw dust mixed in with the stain. He only stained one side of the door. He did not replace rotten/deteriorating/damaged door facings. He did not put metal lock brackets on the wrong doors he installed. The door that is jammed in will no longer open and the french doors are so hard to open the rubber weather seal at the bottom is pulling away from the door."
