The Green Doctor

They are very conscientious and they use products that are more environmentally friendly than some of the larger lawn care places. The company owner is readily available to any customers, I have to appreciate that.

The staff are good. The workers are prompt. I have used several other companies and this company has done a great job making our grass green.

I had been frustrated with all the lawn fertilization companies because once you signed up they called all the time saying another service was needed, or worse, just came out, did the service, and then billed for it. I had two or three experiences like this with the big name companies. After a year of no attention our lawn was in pretty bad shape, so I decided to give lawn service another try. When researching companies I found that few of them served the north side of town (Pinson\Trussville) area. I called The Green Doctor mainly because they served this area.
This year my lawn looked the best it ever has. The Green Doctor provides up to 9 services a year (recommended), but if you want fewer they will prorate the amount. They weren't hassling me about additional services all the time. They did recommend a lime treatment and honestly I think that is why my lawn was so green this year. At one point I had a pattern in my yard due to a faulty sprayer used during one of the treatments. I called the company and they sent someone right out to retreat the yard at no additional cost to me. Every time I've called the office they have been very pleasant to deal with.
A few of my neighbors also use them and have some of the most beautiful yards in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this company.
