The front of our carport awning has bent in the front so bad when the bad rains comes

We were very pleased with the dedication & workmanship by Mr. Awning's & Home Repair. We have a large multi-deck that was in need of repair. The contract was to remove & replace old decking, repair rotten wood underneath & haul off debris. Knowing safety concerns, Mr. Awnings went above & beyond adding extra supports that were not on the deck prior. It did take longer than expected but they had rain & freezing weather. We are very happy with the deck & have recommended them to friends.

I was extremely pleased with the work Michael and his crew did at our home. Their work was done efficiently, within a very agreeable time frame and they did quality work. His workers were pleasant and hard workers. Mike explained any delays (parts not being received) and kept us informed each step of the way. We already have some more projects in mind for Mike and his crew. I highly recommend this company.

I am extremely pleased with job performed. It was completed in a timely manner with excellent workmanship. It was a difficult job but the guys did not cut corners. They went above and beyond to complete the work. I already have another job waiting for them and will be referring them to all of my contacts.

Michael, did about 2/3 of the job. Then claimed he was a devout Christain. Then ask for the total money. He even wanted to pray with us. However, after 9 weeks never showed up. Even set appointment date and time and never showed. Now refused to answer phone or text. Gave us a nasty message also. He lied to us and we have and several times. Now we have partically unfinished stairs look terrible and unsafe. Had another quote to someone else to finish. They pointed out the stair are not straight. Plus some other construction issues. BTW, when Michael Humphries call I response to our formal complaint, he was rude and hung up on me.

"It deeply saddens me that you would bring our good lord into your rating of my work. I did want to clarify that I did show up at your home on a few different occasions to do the work. I am very confused because upon completion of the deck you all told me you were happy with my work. Also, the first time I came to your home it was raining, so I was not able to complete the concrete work that I needed to do. I also stopped by on one other occasion but you turned me away. I feel that I went above and beyond what you hired me to do because I also pressure washed your wood picket fence, deck, stairs and railings at no charge. I have tried to reach out to make amends with no luck."

Very honest people. Very polite. They worked hard and together. At no time did I hear a cussword from any of the workers Were on time every day. If something happened to cause a delay the Supervisor would call and inform me. The work that was performed was just what we wanted. They did not cut corners . If something came up that did not look right they would come to me and explain the problem and make recommendation as how to correct it. I will be using them again.

He finished the main project, but there were two remaining things to be done that are yet to be completed. He has made three false promises to show up to compete them. He was paid his money but he don t keep his word.

"I thank GOD for this review . it woke me up you can't please everyone. but when you try to hard to please people with a price they want. you have to STOP wanting a good review and just say no to things that happens when you have to use a 50 year old deck and make the job look new you can't always get good results. with this review I will not sell another job worrying about what the customer are his uncle that was a contractor are going to say about the job if others can do the work why not hire them?"

When mike (the owner of the business) came out he commented that I was an attractive woman but he was not flirting He made this same comment each time he came to my home. Very inappropriate. Made me uncomfortable. Also he did not show up the day he promised. Did not call but showed up the next day and I had plans to be gone. He did not explain what he was going to do. He repaired some outside doors and put on a deadbolt. Doors still don t close and lock properly.

Bad experience, he does not show up as promised, does not stand by his work, he doesnt answer the phone. I would not recommend him to anyone. Made promise after promise to give me my warranty and I have yet to receive it. Advise to use someone else.
