Veterinarians
I reluctantly called Heritage Animal Clinic, just half a mile from my home, to inquire about evidence I'd seen that indicated my indoor cat had tapeworms. I say reluctantly because I had been using a wonderful vet who treats cats only. But my cat goes ballistic when around lots of other animals. Plus, I was leaving to go out of town that evening, so I needed care for my cat immediately and conveniently. The staff and vets at Heritage were wonderful. My cat was seen promptly, and she wasn't freaked out by other pets barking or meowing within her hearing range. The waiting area is large and very open. The vet techs handled my sweet (but likely to bite or scratch when trying to be doctored) cat with loving care, and surprisingly, she didn't offer to lash out at the techs or the vet. I will definitely use them again.
