The owner of the company came to our home and gave us a bid and a time he could begin the work. He was at the house and ready to start just as arranged. He was punctual and stayed after hours to maintain his agreed upon schedule. If he was detained or had to pick up supplies he always called us to let us know when he would be at the house to begin work for the day.

The quality of the work was excellent. Seven days a week. The workday began at 8:00 AM and did not end until 6:00 PM. There were several evenings that Buddy worked until well after 9:00 PM. Each day at the close of work all the areas were cleaned and paint and brushes were clean and ready for use the next day. 

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who likes attention to detail and wants someone who takes pride in their work for a very reasonable price.

It went very well.  Our initial idea was to apply siding to the gables, but Mr. O'Dell suggested painting because he thought we would get a more accurate color match with paint.  We went with his suggestion and are very pleased with the results.  He is an extremely professional individual. He arrived each day when promised and overall did an excellent job.  We have hired many handymen in the past and in our opinion, Mr. O'Dell is one of the best.

After 30 years of owning houses, rental property and commercial property, this is by far the best contractor I have ever used for misc. repairs. Besides the obvious (fair prices, efficient, reliable, professional, honest) this is what makes him stand out: 1) Excellent advice. He understands my budget (tight) and he has given me excellent advice on what I should and shouldn't do. He has advised me on everything from drainage problems to insulation. 2) His range of skills. This is important to me because I have a large number of small jobs that require different skills. It's too expensive and time-consuming to call a different contractor for each job. If Buddy can't do it (or thinks I shouldn't do it), he tells me. But he seems to be able to do almost anything and do it well. 3) His flexibility/attitude/work ethic/professionalim. Buddy is a pleasure to work with. If he's busy (and of course he is), he somehow manages to fit me in asap. I trust him completely so I don't have to keep an eye on him while he works or worry that my home is not secure.
