Mathew and Travis were professional, energetic, and thorough. They were careful of plantings and took extra time on difficult areas. Totally recommend Gulf Coast Pressure washing! Our home is beautiful again ? They did not use excessive amounts of bleach.

Showed up promptly, very polite, did a good job on getting everything clean, washing caused a white streak in the finish on my wood front door, showed it to technician who took a picture and said he would have someone call me, they never did. It was minor but noticeable. Noticed the day after the job that one of my soffit lights was hanging down out of the fixture. Don't know if they caused it but I suspect they did. Again minor but hard to believe they didn't notice it when it happened.

Personnel were punctual, professional, and respectful of my outdoor plants and furniture.  Since my sprinkler system operates off of a well, could not believe how they were able to remove the rust stain off of the shed.  All just looks so new and fresh.  Plus they inspected my gutters to see if they needed to be cleaned out and my roof.  All is good for a while.  Have placed this company on my calendar for annual maintenance.

They scheduled me with another home to save me money.  They were professional with excellent communications. They explained what they planned and then insisted on an inspection review when complete. When i noted a few spots missed they immediately corrected.

Mark and crew were "spot on". Very pro active and I walked around to inspect work while the job was being done. Workers were courteous and followed Marks directions with eagerness. They helped move outdoor furniture and small items on slab out of the way.
Mark really knows his business and Rebecca does a grate job coordinating!

I thought they were pretty thorough and the price was fair.

They even did the little things like washing my lawn furniture, made sure my dogs were put up, and they were very courteous and proffessional.

Overall project went well. Some delay in contractor getting out to house (probably due to demand for contractor). The roof was heavily soiled and had darkened quite a bit since it's installation. The roof appeared "brand new" after they finished. The vinyl siding on the house also looked very good. Some minor problems after completion of job in which contractor returned and cleared up.

Mr. Sexton returned my initial phone call within about 5 minutes of my leaving a message, then came by our home same day to give me a price for pressure washing. He gave me a date he felt sure he could do the job, (we had to wait a day due to heavy rain storms) and when I came home from work that afternoon he had completed the brick house, siding trim, a chimney done in siding and attached sunroom in siding. He also did front and back sidewalks, a wrap around retaining wall that goes from half of front around the side of house, a smaller stone-walled flower bed and a large round bricked flower bed. We were thrilled with the work, and felt the price was excellent for all that was done. I would (and will) highly recommend him.

We called Mark for an estimate a few weeks ago to clean our metal roof.  He came out the next day.  He suggested that we not try a pressure wash because the strength of the stream could discolor the metal. The weather and schedules necessitated the work being delayed for a few weeks.  As soon as the weather started to cooperate, he came out.  The day he wanted to come, we had plans to be out of town.  He told us to check out the work the next day when we came back to town and we could talk then.  He and his crew protected our plants around the house.  We were so very pleased when we got home.  Our metal roof has been on a couple of years, but the surrounding trees were causing discoloration in lots of spots.  After the cleaning, it looks like new!   We could not be more pleased with the work performed, the price, and the "warm" professionalism that Mark portrayed.  We highly recommend Gulf Coast Pressure Washing and will certainly be calling him again in a couple of years!
