It was an expensive fix, although I feel we got a fair price. Everyone that Iinteracted with (from the technicians to the receptionist) were extremely polite and and professional. The part that was installed had to be ordered, and was scheduled to be installed on a Monday. The Friday prior to the installation, a technician came to top off our freon, at no charge, to make sure that we would be cool over the weekend, The technicians were careful to cover up my wood floors, and tidied up after the work was done, I was also notified approximately 1 hour prior to their arrival. A few days later, we had another problem with the drainage. The work was completed the day I called at no charge.
