Do not trust this company. Had them come to look at my mini split charged me $190 and provided estimate of $981 to put in 6 lbs of freon, repair damaged section line set install new new liquid line filter drier. Called and ask why charging for 6 gallons when system only requires 4 and they gave lame excuse that didn't want to come back and ask for more money. I said if you use less do I get a credit, he said no. I new this was a dishonest company so called another one. I told them scope of work and they said about $500. They got here checked out system and nothing was wrong, Apparenty service guy from Climate Masters simply tightened a fitting and was operational. They tried to cheat me out of $981 for a system that was operational. This is not a local company anymore as bought out by large greedy corporation. They pretend to be a Mom and Pop operation but that is not the case anymore. AVOID THESE THIEFS! DEC 2024

They are a wonderful company to deal with. We have used them for 30 plus years and have always been very happy with them. We also have a maintenance agreement with them and they have always been very punctual when we have called. From the owners to the installers everyone is very conscientious and respectful.

Richard (owner) and/or Randy (salesperson) visited before, during and after installation. The crews arrived promptly at the agreed time and did an exceptional job of preparing the site in order to prevent damage or soiling of my property. Crews were courteous, quiet, efficient, and did a great install and cleanup. I bought the system I wanted without feeling undue pressure to "buy up" and I am very pleased with the result!

Timely service from estimate to completion. Crew was very good. Good price on unit.

This company went well above the expectations we had. Putting covering down in the house to protect our floors and vacuuming after to ensure that everything was taken care of. Had our old unit out the first afternoon and the new one in and working by the end of the next day. All employees were every courteous and respectful. The price was $3,000.00 less than who we had been working with and had a maintenance agreement with. Loved doing business with such hard working and honest folks. Would strongly recommend to anyone that ask about needing work on their AC unit. Climate Masters is the way to go!!

All work was done very efficiently and professionally. They arrived on time and completed the work as they said they would. They removed and hauled away the old units.  Built new flooring and stand for the new furnace as needed and installed the new furnace and Air Conditioning Units and new drain lines. They relocated our thermostat to a more efficient location in the house. We are very pleased with their work.

It is well worth it! They're wonderful. We've used them for 20 years. They don't waste time and advise you of what they're doing. I feel they're the best HVAC company we have in the area since I've never run into any issues with them. We've built three houses and advised us of the correct capacity. They treat you like family.

I don't even know how to start explaining how impressed I am with Climate Masters & Electrical!  In addition to the expert service provided, the communication and responsiveness provided during the redesign and execution made the total experience quite satisfying.  Professional, punctual, responsive.  The price of the work was equal or less than three other companies from which I received estimates.  The deciding factor was the confidence that I felt while talking with Richard Morrison about not only the design, but in that he was truly listening to my objectives.

Climate Masters has been doing our A/C work for many years We have a twice a year contract with them. They come out and check our air conditioner and change the filter if needed. They check the unit in the attic and flush the drain. They then go outside and clean and check the outside unit. They are always on time, very professional and extremely courteous. They never leave any mess. They serviced our old unit till it quit on us and then installed a new one. We are very happy with their service.

I felt that Richard did the most thorough inspection before making a unit recommendation. I was impressed with the longevity of their employees. I think it says something about the character of the owners. I took bids from 5 different companies. They gave me the best price and seemed highly professional. The team arrived as scheduled to do the installation, worked efficiently, cleaned up when finished, and the new unit is working very well.

I need new unit.....I have had Climate Masters for past 12 years and have been very pleased with them.....they have done maint. and service calls and have no complaints. They were the highest estimate I received out of 4 to get a new air and heating unit unfortunately or I would definitely go with them again. I have never had any problems and have enjoyed having them for my air and heating company.

Our AC unit's condeser drain stopped up. Water everywhere. I tried in vain to clear it myself, but couldn't get it to drain. We were scheduled to leave on Vacation in 3 dys so I needed this corrected fast!! This was the first big hot spell of the summer, and all the HVAC contractors were extremely busy. I had a bucket in place to catch the water so I had it under control. Called on Monday service scheduled for Tuesday. I told them that would be fine since I had it under control.The technician arrived and resolved the issue in short order. He even pointed out to me how the drain was not plumbed correctly and told me how to DIY the drain the correct way. Very professional and cleaned up behind himself. It turns out that this company has serviced our AC before (we've only been in the house for 7 months). The unit is 23 years old, works fine, but we will probably be replacing in the not-so-distant future, when we do will will definately consider Climate Masters!!The bad news is that I now have ~200 square feet of ruined lamanite flooring that I will have to replace!!! Not the fault of the HVAC company, that damage was already done.

Whenever I have a problem with my ac or heating they always come. SInce I have a contract with them, they are willing to come on the weekends as well. Last weekend the air conditioning was not working and the technician talked us theougth the steps to do the repairs ourselves. This was really nice because we did not have to pay for that.

He had the A/C cooling perfectly in a short amount of time. I'm pleased he will come back again in spring for free and I won't have to worry about having the heating unit looked at again in the winter. Of course now I get a coupon from Angie's list for $124! I'm not sure if coupon covers 2 visits though. Overall I'm satisfied with the visit, the technician seemed very knowledgable and honest.

I have a service agreement with them. I chose them because they were one of the recommended contractors for our condominium unit. We have 48 units in our high-rise. We are happy with them. I will haire them again in the future.
