I was in a local boutique in Jacksonville shopping for my wife's present and I noticed the computers with their touch screens and credit card printers and watching how fast they were able to serve customers. When it was my turn I was already curious and said I wish my computers were as fast as yours my system is a mess. Both girl's behind the counter said at the same time "call Dave!". They gave me their number and I called the next day and it turned out he services all of their stores. We talked about what was going on and he logged in remotely and started checking here and there and reported back what needed to be done. In just a few hours it was like we had 3 new computers, scanned for viruses and installed new Avast antivirus. 
A couple of weeks later he called to make sure everything was going as expected. I am looking at their remote monitoring plan where they do all the updates and fix the problems before they break the system.

It went great. They are very professional,very prompt. They are great to work with and was very detailed with all of there work.
