We had an amazing experience working with Roy and Ryan from Great Roof. They were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Ryan kept us well-informed and happily answered all of our questions and concerns throughout the process. When it rained and we experienced an additional ceiling leak in a different room, Roy promptly came over and put up a tarp to prevent further damage (this occurred before repairs were started). After finding out the insurance company was only covering a portion of the roof repairs (less than what we'd originally assumed), they worked with us to ensure we still got the roof repaired while remaining within our budget. After we figured out the financing aspect, Roy got started on the repairs the very next day and finished within a reasonable time. In the future, if we need additional roof repairs or a replacement, we plan on hiring Great Roof again.

Roy was a hard worker to work constant, even in the rain. He was very well educated on roofing and even suggested repairs to prevent more damage which saved me in the long run. I will be hiring them again for future projects.

Great Roof did an awesome job replacing and repairing our roofs. If you would like to see a picture of our roof, our house is the house at Lake Oliver. Great Roof came out and gave us a very reasonable assessment for the repairs and took the time to sitdown and explain what they would be doing. Once we worked out all the details, we settled on a date to start the replacement and repairs. The crew arrived early, eager and ready to start. We had several roofs that required repairs or replacement. Once they started it only took them two days to remove, install, and repair. I was very impressed how quickly they were able to get the work completed. The crew was also very respectful. They were very careful not to damage any of the flowers or bushes that were around the house. Roy and Ryan came out a third day to ensure there was no debris leftover. After everything completed we sat down and went over their warranty and the manufacturers warranty again to make sure we didn't have any issues or concerns. I feel very comfortable and confident in the work they performed.

After leaving a message I received a call back within a few minutes. I was able to get a quick appointment. The Forcast called for rain and so he was able to come out assess the issue and complete repairs with 2 or 3 days. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism. They didn't try to get us to do more work than was required. They were about to match the shingles perfectly. You can not tell there was any repairs done. They did an awesome job and hopefully I won't need anything in the near future but without a hesitation I would go with them.

Great Roof is an incredible company that looks after and cares for it's customers. Roy came out to the house on a Sunday to repair a leak while it was below freezing outside and didn't leave until it was fixed. He went above and beyond what I was expecting to ensure that it was done right. Could not recommend enough. Phenomenal customer service followed by a work ethic you don't see much of anymore.
