On the surface, it looked good but I didn't pay for surface cleaning. I was to get deep cleaning... Blinds - dusted but not cleaned..one ceiling fan dusted but globes not cleaned. Other ceiling fan not touched. Pictures not dusted or cleaned. Windowsills not cleaned. Floors left with sticky residue. Island top left with streaks - not clean. I had her lined up for maintenance cleaning but texted her today to tell her differently. Her response was not professional stating that it took me long enough to respond. I explained that I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, but am still finding things either glossed over or not done.

"Sorry you was'nt happy with the price you paid or my work . The cost was not $185 it was $170. I was there 5 hours alone. A cleaning company would had doubled the price. We did go over the blinds and I stated I would do what I could beings so much built up dust on them and you said fine. I remember dusting ceiling fan in living room can't recall if there was another.. Must have missed it am sorry not perfect. I remember dusting pictures also. I dusted window sills I could get to. I washed Island bar if streaks were left I did'nt see them sorry. As far as floors go the mop you had was'nt really in good shape so if any streaks sorry about that also. When you text me 2 weeks after, I wished you would had told me all this info you stating now. I was not unprofessional stating it was odd hearing what you was not happy with 2 weeks after. Can't recall anything not done. If you were needing heavy furniture moved I cannot risk myself. As you or anyone can see this is the only bad review I have ever gotten. As the saying goes there will always be that one and that goes for all businesses. Like I said I am sorry you was not happy and I wish you the best . May God bless you and yours."

Carolyn did an excellent job. She's very efficient and has great time management skills. I plan to set up a regular routine schedule for her services.
