"I've tried to get in contact with this customer several times her back yard is a swamp and has been unable to be cut for three of the four times that we have attempted to. Knocked on the door several times no response and call several times no response. The half cut that was done was only billed for a half cut that was never paid. The one time I did get in contact with her husband he acted like he didn't care so I dropped her as a customer due to the hassle."
