Excellent. I had too much roof draining into one small 4 inch gutter and downspout. In heavy rain the water would back up and leak inside the wall down into the living room. Initially I hired another contractor who came out one day to install a 6" gutter system. His material was the wrong shade of brown, which wouldn't have made any difference, this section is not in view of the other sections, but he insisted he would have to order the right color and would be back the next Monday. I never saw or heard from again, and he wouldn't answer or return phone calls. So I called ICS. They came out, reviewed the situation very thoroughly and offered two possible solutions: 1. The flashing wasn't properly installed, allowing the puddled water to seep under and into the wall. This would have been expensive to repair and still wouldn't keep the water from puddling in a heavy rain. 2. Install a gutter and downspout sized to handle the water flow during heavy rains. If the water didn't puddle it wouldn't seep under the flashing into the wall then drip on the wood floors in the living room. I opted this solution. They came out about 3 days later and installed a 6" gutter system which will handle 50% more water flow. The color didn't match the 11 year old existing system but there's no way to notice it, you can't see any of the other gutters from this location. In the next heavy rain a few days later when the tropical storm remnants passed over us and dropped 3" on the house in one day, everything worked perfectly. I definitely would hire again.

I have no problem with the quality of work or the price.  My problem is with the dishonesty of the owner and Scott, the salesman I dealt with. 

They ask me if I would let them have a window party on my property.  The purpose was to advertise and get leads for people wanting their services.  They did a radio remote, had food and prizes.  It was a  major ordeal.  Cars and people where all over my property while my windows were being installed.  Some even wondered in the house.  I had to work that day so my 80 year old mother stayed dealt with all the on lookers.

I agreed to have the party because they told me I would get over $150 for every six windows sold from the leads that came from the party.  Needless to say, I have never heard from Scott or the owner since.  I did email Scott once and got no reply.  I should not have to contact them.  They should have held up to the agreement or at least told me they sold no windows.  Not a word!

I would not do business with a company who is dishonest and just plain ole tacky.  If they will be dishonest while using my mother, my property, and me they will probably screw you over elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with Scott.  He seemed to be a decent person when he was selling but then again, who isn't.

I put in 3 email requests to 3 different roofing companies Saturday night.  ICS called me at 9:05 Monday morning and by the time I called him back at 9:35, he had already been up on the roof, and taken measurements.  He also gave me some tips for the insurance claim to help me out.  He said he would have an email estimate for me by tomorrow.  Will post on Anigie's List with further encounters

it was awful i barley got them to scheduale me and estimate after several calls and appointments then this young blad kid apparently the owners son came he was a real uncooth individual very rude not to mention her was taking some pills in his truck IN MY DRIVE WAY yeah maybe they were prescribed but i doubt it and then when he measured my house i know for a fact he add'd an extra 5 square so i didnt hire them
