Overall it did not go well, as the problem was not resolved, I'm out $800, and I was left with a sloppy patch job that looks bad.
Description of Work: Water was leaking into my garage. Mr. Williams attempted to fix by digging below the foundation and running Visqueen up to above the foundation on the side of the house. This was supposed to stop the leak. It did not. He initially put caulk around the baseboard on the inside of the wall to try to seal the water from coming in. I asked him to remove that, as I didn't want to seal any water inside the wall. He then put a plasticized concrete patch where the sil plate meets the slab, as he thought the water might be coming under the Sil plate. He thought that rainwater may be coming in one of the brick weep holes that were close to the ground and sealed them with a concrete patch. I talked to a brick contractor who told me that weep holes should not be sealed. There is also concrete patch on the outside of the brick veneer at ground level which looks awful. Bottom line is the problem is not solved. It leaks less than it did, but it still leaks. He has come back several times and has attempted to fix the problem, but it still leaks
