Home Security System Service
For the install, I had told the sales rep I wanted the control panel in my bedroom; however, the installers drilled a hole by the front door for my control pad. They did give me a second pad to cover up the hole free of charge. They left a mess. There were plastic coated wire pieces left everywhere. I have contacted them several times since the installation and left messages with their receptionist for them to call me but they do not call back. I have to keep calling them until I get someone who can help me. They do send someone out once I actually talk to someone who can help but it is frustrating for them to not answer phone calls. I am in contract for the monitoring for a while yet but as soon as my contract is up I intend to switch companies. I had ADT before and their customer service was great. I thought I'd try and save some money but wish I had gone witb ADT.
