"This was a job that we were hired to redo the tub area and she had several areas that was buckled that she didn't want us to remove the existing floor to get to the buckled floor and that's one thing you have to do, the tub was leaking in the back bathroom into the joint side bedroom where the buckling was located and I told her no matter who comes in to fix the problem they would have to replace the floor there was no salvaging any of it, and she thought she could. I fixed the hall way at no charge and painted two rooms for 100 a piece and fixed her roof alone with the piping going to her tub all the work we did she was charged 325.00 for three days of work and we had to work around her because she was bed ridding that's why it took longer than it normally did and she always had a room full of people in the way. I did the very best I could do under the cirumstances."

"We replaced the shingles that was broken and rated the shingles because of the eve over the area we were working I gave them step by step directions on what we were doing not counting us tearing out the Sheetrock to locate the area that was leaking and replaced they were fine for a year and it started to leak again and I tild them before I started that this was a patch only if they wanted it fixed the proper way to fix it was to tear it off and replace all the decking in that area instead of a half a sheet like we did snd they were fine with it. As far as messages I get thirty to fortune messages a day if they did they didn't let me know who they were or what was happening because I have a 24 hr turn around time to reply to all messages regardless what it is."

"This job was done in 2013 there was no pro lens at all we DoD three walk stoundd he called me back for a problem that I did not even fix but I took care of it anyway to make him happy he called me back several other times to fox other things no e was was what we have done or even on the estimate annd I told him that I was going to fix the one thing with his door but I was going to have to start charging him fir all the things he wanted me to fix he didn't like that so he coded me out and fused my workers out he threatened me while I was on his property and he had a metal problem which later I did a back ground check on him to find out he concerned what I thought , look his name up and you will ser what I'm talking about , I quit all comunicating with him at this point. The Man really needs help he simply wanted something for nothing."

"Yes I was in a diloma here because I don't work in those areas anymore because of the distance you have to travel when he gave me the address I knew I wasn't able to help and I'm sorry, but it's a 1 and a half hour drive with out traffic. With traffic it's a two hr drive so that's the reason I had to remove my self from Baldwin County because of the time it takes meto get to and come from tthat's the reason I downy or couldn't do your job. I wished I could have but it's just to far to travel. My Apologies and for any problems this may have caused you."

You was the third job we have done that day and the rope we had had tar and was cut in several spots do I had to go up there and fo the work against all my safety protocol because of the rain we suppose to have got. Of You had a problem ,you could have said something then and from the time I got there and thetime o left was one hhour and seven minutes. Again I'm sorry you was not completely satisfied, bit if you would have said something I would have made you happy if I had to eat the job . I renailed your ridge cap vents X3 trusted four jacks and resecured them they had no nails and fixed several shingles. Everybody else was wanting to charge you 12,000.00 and up by telling you you needed s new roof. Like o said if you had a problem we could have just charged you for two visits two hours and that would have been that I am sorry you were not satisfied."
