Met with Mr. Wilder and discussed several projects, that we needed to have done. Seemed very knowledgable and interested. I kept him updated on changes we made so he could include in the estimate. Three weeks since our first meeting and there has been no response or estimate received. We would rather a prospective contractor be upfront and tell us that they are not interested in the job as opposed to no response at all. Professional on all levels with exception of no communication. We have winced hired another contractor whom we are very pleased.

He was professional and gave me a quote. His price of what he was charging was not right in the end. You know how they change the quote and they do this and add this and by the time we got it all done, he was over what we thought we should have paid. And I wasn't pleased with some of the work, because he put up siding on the side of our house and it was a different siding than the one that was on the rest of the house and I thought that it didn't look real good. But I hate to say ugly things about people, because he was a very nice man and very helpful in the beginning. I really liked him.

He did exceptional. Everyone was very professional. They went the extra mile. I would recommend him to anyone.

Initially I met with a gentleman named Andy Moorehead who went over the inspection repairs and I asked that he start as quickly as possible. He and another gentleman, Shane Fillingim, started on the inspection repairs first then moved on to replace or repair deteriorated siding on different sections of the dwelling and adjacent carport, window casings and sills as well as installing a protective roof over electrical meter boxes. They removed and replaced screening on a large porch and installed weather stripping on both the front and back doors.

I asked Andy at the outset to fix anything that he saw that needed to be repaired. During the process he showed me places that I would have NEVER thought needed repair, simply by sticking a pocket knife in an area of siding. After that I trusted his knowledge and expertise completely. It was such a comfort to know that my home was in good hands and would be taken care of properly. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process from start to finish.

The gentlemen were ON TIME, did EXPERT work very QUICKLY, kept me INFORMED and CLEANED the work area daily. When the home is painted, one will not be able to tell the new work from the existing.

I've already recommended this company to neighbors and will do so to anyone who needs that kind of work done!
