+ -1 moreSelma Communications Service provides cable services in west central Alabama. Elected not to do business with Selma Communications due to their lack of explanation that pertained to safe guarding customer information; private account information, ssn, address and telephone numbers, etc. When I questioned the manager of Selma Communications about providing a consumer privacy statement, he replied "it was not our practice to provide that information", which at that point I elected to do business elsewhere. Subsequently selected an alternative vendor that satisfied my concerns relative to protecting consumer information.
Description of Work: Attempted to contract for Dish Network cable TV services.
