"First of all the computer aided design she provided me would not work from the start because off a corner she had & what she wanted to put in that corner then that had to be changed. I have bent over backwards to try to make her happy. I built a bathroom over. I went down to level up the cabinets where her stove was was for the people that put the tops on. Her floors are so bad out of level probably at least a 3" drop or more but I did level up the cabinets. I went down on a call from her saying something wsa wrong with the cabinets because the stove would not go in " it was because of a electric box" not my fault. Before I started the cabinets I told her I didn't do frameless cabinets & the hinges she wasnted me to use was one that the door would have to have a cut in & I would use a concealed hinge tha tcost more & works a lot better and she agreed to all of this. Now I'm not going to do something that hasn't been agreed to. She complained about the inside of the cabinets not being finished. Hers is no different from all the other cabinets I do. They are not stained but are sprayed with a sanding sealer, sanded down & sprayed again just like the ones in Lowe's or Home Depot. Yes, I used plywood on the ends & back of island unit but is the same material as her doors, etc. If one used solid material it would cost 2 or 3 times more & would warp. No one does that unless it is a raised panel. I have no control over how wood takes stain because the tree will vary on how the stain looks because the nature of the wood grain. Her stove may be out of level & I would say it may be because of the added weight. She has put on during the adding on of the house without adding stronger foundation & the house has sunk down more. I don't know but I have tried to make her happy and there is so much I can take. This same type thing has happened to almost everyone she had working for her. John Haynes-Owner"
