1. ServPro Overall: Overall, they were the easiest and most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. They excel at good communications, and not just during the bidding while trying to get your business, but during the project and after as well. From the management team in the office to the project leaders in the field, I was always able to reach the person I was trying to reach. Even if I had to leave a message, I would get a call back in minutes (usually) or at the most a few hours (only once or twice). Grade on communication: 100 2. Roof Replacement: The crew arrived on the scheduled day at the scheduled time and wasted no time in getting to work. They completed roofing a 2,300 square-foot house in one day and it looked great when complete. The didn't waste any time and stayed a little later than typical quitting time to complete the job in one day. Install grade: 100 Cleanup gets a grade of 98 as they missed few things but that is still an A+. 3. Interior ceiling repair & painting: The crew leader for this crew jokingly commented that he had "OCD" about the quality of his work. He was being truthful. He was EXTREMELY detail oriented. Repairing a knock-down drywall ceiling can be difficult. On our job, you can't see where the ceiling was patched unless you are REALLY looking for it. And even then you'd have to ask if that was from a repair. They painted several rooms as well and everything looked great. The outdoor portion of the painting was some extra work I asked them to do. They painted our external vinyl shutters and they look like new!! Painting grade: 100
